The ideal candidate

• Qualified educator with a degree in Education, Philosophy, English, or a related field, plus a recognised teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching TOK or IB Diploma Programme subjects, with a strong grasp of inquiry-based and student-centered learning approaches.
• Minimum 3-4 years teaching experience, 2 of which must be the IB Diploma Programme.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to guide students in expressing complex ideas clearly through discussion, debate, and writing.
• Collaborative and culturally responsive team player, who thrives in a diverse international environment and values respect for Qatari culture and traditions.
