The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in English or Education with recognised teaching credentials, ideally QTS, PGCE or equivalent
• Experienced in delivering KS3 and KS4 English Language (and Literature where applicable), with a clear understanding of assessment standards
• Must have completed ECT
• Demonstrates creative, student‑centred teaching methods that support diverse learning needs and promote academic excellence
