Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating user and business requirements into effective design solutions and collaborating closely with product, development, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences.

• Identify opportunities to improve usability and overall user satisfaction.

User Interface (UI) Design

• Design modern, responsive, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Apply strong principles of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition.

• Ensure designs align with established design systems and brand guidelines.

Prototyping & Design Systems

• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and product functionality.

• Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.

• Ensure consistency across platforms, devices, and applications.

• Continuously improve design standards, components, and reusable design assets.

Usability & Accessibility

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.

• Identify and address usability and accessibility issues.

• Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive experiences across devices.

• Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience throughout the product.

Collaboration & Design Delivery

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Provide design specifications, assets, and implementation guidance.

• Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback.

Continuous Improvement

• Use user feedback, analytics, and product performance data to identify design improvements.

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Recommend innovative design approaches to improve usability, engagement, and overall product experience.

• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science , or a related field.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

• Strong experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Proven experience designing responsive and user-centered digital products.

• Hands-on experience with design systems and reusable UI components.

• Experience working collaboratively with product, development, QA, and business teams.

• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and user-centered design principles.

• Relevant UI/UX or design certifications will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and/or similar UI/UX design tools.

• Strong knowledge of user research and usability testing.

• Expertise in wireframing and interactive prototyping.

• Strong understanding of UI and visual design principles.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.

• Understanding of information architecture and user flows.

• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.

• Experience with design handoff and developer collaboration.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts .

• Good knowledge of web and mobile design patterns and cross-platform UX.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design work.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
