We need sharp, recently MRICS‑chartered Quantity Surveyors from the UK or Ireland who are ready to trade in the British weather for a career launching in Doha. No previous sandpit experience is required – we’re looking for first‑timers.

The Role: Cost Consultancy

Our client is a prestigious, long‑standing British‑owned Cost Consultancy. The role involves applying PQS skills to Mixed‑Use, Commercial, and Residential projects across Doha.

Salary & Package

Salary: 25,000 QAR – 35,000 QAR total package (tax‑free & dependent on experience).

• Mobilisation and demobilisation flights (company covers).
• Laptop, mobile phone, and visa (all costs covered).
• Private medical cover.
• Annual bonus (as per Qatar law).

Requirements

• MRICS‑chartered status in Quantity Surveying achieved within the last 2‑3 years.
• 3‑5 years post‑degree experience.
• Strong history with a recognised UK Cost Consultancy / PQS firm; 2‑3 years with same organisation is a bonus.
• 3‑year full‑time degree specifically in Quantity Surveying.
• British or Irish passport; not currently working in the Middle East.
• Single status candidate preferred; family allowances not available.
