- Minimum 3 years relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience in production/process or heavy industrial plants preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial motors, MCCs, control circuits, and protection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Good understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
