General Responsibilities & Skills Required
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Follow hotel brand standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Demonstrate problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is preferred for administrative roles.
- Relevant certifications for specialized roles (e.g., lifeguard, food safety).
