Job Title: support Admin Transformation initiative
Location: Qatar
Employment Type: 3months to 6months 

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Coordinator to assist in the successful execution and coordination of projects. The ideal candidate will support project management activities, maintain project documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day project support and coordination across multiple activities and stakeholders.
  • Develop, update, and maintain process flow diagrams using MS Visio.
  • Create and track Gantt charts, project schedules, and action trackers.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in change management initiatives and continuous process improvement activities.
  • Maintain organized project records and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support communication between project teams, management, and business users.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or risks where necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process flow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of project planning tools and Gantt chart tracking.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation preparation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to support process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in corporate or enterprise project environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
