Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our retail team and drive success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the retail team and drive performance
- Monitor inventory, product displays, and merchandising standards
- Implement strategies to improve performance
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive performance and motivate a team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Nationality: Keralite preferred
