Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:  

- Minimum 3 years experience

- Personal Training certification (Minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent

- Experience in Strength & Conditioning

- Optional but beneficial – experience with female-specific training goals:

*Pre/Post-Natal Fitness

*Mobility & Recovery

*Nutrition Coaching

*Holistic Health

- Experience with excel programming

- Understanding movement screenings in body composition measurements

- Good understanding of digital gym schedule management

- English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum - able to communicate clearly)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Personal Training:

- Plan, set up, and lead various fitness and activity classes that align with the gym’s vision and strategy, delivered at scheduled times.

- Be fully available to teach 1:1 sessions.

- Supervise and guide members, ensuring classes meet the gym’s standards and personal training sessions support each client’s individual goals.

- Ensure adherence to safety and injury prevention protocols; report and document any incidentsper gym policy.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health, and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry and submitting feedback when requested.

Client Engagement & Retention:

- Build and maintain a strong, loyal client base that contributes to the desired goal of personal training utilization.

- Meet sales targets for memberships and personal training packages, as defined by the management team.

- Promote personal training sessions exclusively for the gym–an exclusivity contract.

- Track and monitor each client’s fitness progress to ensure alignment with their personal goals.

Other Responsibilities:

-Manage administrative tasks related to personal training services, including individual reporting, accounting, and tracking of sessions.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs).

- Support internal initiatives such as onboarding new trainers, contributing ideas, and participating in events or social media photoshoots.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.

- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Serve as a brand ambassador in person and online through social media.
