Primary Purpose of the Job
- Requires high-level judgment to support supervisory decisions.
- Coordinates across multiple units under tight timelines.
- Exposure to toxic gases, high temperatures, and emergency conditions.
- Works 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and holidays.
- Maintains continuous situational awareness across shift roles.
Required Experience and Skills
- 8 years refinery/chemical plant operations experience.
- 3 years as Senior Operator or equivalent.
Educational Qualifications
- Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.
- HNC/Technical Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering preferred.
