HR Generalist — Payroll, Compliance & Culture Champion

Tafaseel BPO, located in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an HR Generalist to manage human resource functions effectively, from employee relations to payroll administration. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maintaining accurate employee records.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and possesses proven experience in HR roles, especially in understanding Qatar Labour laws. Excellent organizational and communication skills are key to succeeding in this position.
