Job Description

• To ensure that the F&B Operation are managed efficiently according to the established concept statements.
• To ensure that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the SOP.
• To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.
• To be on the floor at all times.
• To assist in the outlet operations during busy periods.
• To ensure that the par stocks for all operating equipments and supplies are strictly adhered to and that the F&B operations is adequately equipped.
• To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipments and supplies.
• To attend Daily Operations Meeting in the absence of the F&B Supervisor.
• To liaise and organize with Housekeeping and Stewarding Departments that the established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management , Hotel Management , or Food & Beverage Service is preferred.
• Vocational training in hospitality or catering is an advantage.

Additional Information

• 2–5 years of experience in food and beverage service.
• Previous experience as a banquet server, waiter, or banquet supervisor.
• Experience in luxury hotels or large event venues preferred.
