Overview
Liaise with the PS-1 complex on behalf of the Department to manage, plan, improve, implement, direct and optimize production operations and production work forces. Provide a broad range of technical services to the Site Operations Section covering operations trouble-shooting, emergency management, incident investigation, risk assessment, systems and procedures, integrated management system, planning and scheduling, management reporting, manpower planning, organization development, competence and training, business and strategic planning, contracts, budgets, management presentations and projects and studies. Deputizes for the Head of Section (OIF/1) and ensures coordinated working of the office-based support team. Experience
Minimum 12 years of wide-ranging experience in various facets of the oil & gas industry with exposure to Production Operations, Maintenance, Administration, Materials, Budget, Cost Control, Oil Shipping and Gas movement, Environment Protection, Contractual Matters, Project Engineering. Good knowledge of the industry norms and practice. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in relevant Engineering Discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum) preferably with additional post-graduate qualification in Engineering or Management.
Mandatory site safety training.
Management of Major Emergencies training. Root Cause Analysis Procedure training.
