The role focuses on ensuring high reliability, safety, and performance of analyzer systems across multi-vendor environments. Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered, and supports customers through specialized technical or scientific knowledge/product applications. Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff, particularly those focused on technical applications of the product or service. Uses technical knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer. May handle multiple product markets. Typically requires relevant experience, completion of technical product training, and demonstration of high-level product and process knowledge of a technical nature.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Perform commissioning, start-up, SAT/FAT, and troubleshooting of analyzer systems at site and factory • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) to ensure analyzer availability and performance • Support a wide range of process analyzers including gas, liquid, and process-specific analyzers • Maintain and troubleshoot analyzer sampling systems (gas & liquid) • Handle multi-vendor analyzer systems and coordinate with OEMs where required • Support refinery-critical analyzers used for product quality and process control applications • Participate in shutdown, turnaround, and project execution activities • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring failures • Ensure compliance with customer safety, quality, and schedule requirements • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams during critical situations • Prepare service reports, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation • Support service contracts (AMC/MAC) and contribute to business growth • Conduct customer training and knowledge sharing sessionsQualification and Experience:* Engineering in Instrumentation & Control or equivalent/Diploma in Electronics/instrumentation.* Work experience on working with Gas Chromatograph, Gas & Liquid analyzer maintenance work, site startup, commissioning, and engineering.
