Chiller Plant Operator

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Operate and monitor chillers, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on chillers and associated HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults and restore equipment to normal operating condition.
- Monitor plant parameters, identify abnormal conditions, maintain service records, and coordinate with shift teams for uninterrupted operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with a 3-year Mechanical/HVAC technical course, Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–10 years of relevant HVAC/chiller experience, depending on the position level.
- Hands-on experience with centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers and large-scale HVAC/chiller plants.
- Good knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, VFDs, chilled water pumps, cooling towers, BMS, control systems, and HVAC drawings/schematics.
- Experience with Trane, Carrier, York, or McQuay/Daikin chillers; manufacturer training or certification is an added advantage.
