The Guest Service Officer is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable arrival and departure experience for guests. The role handles front desk operations, guest inquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensures all guest requests are managed efficiently in line with Andaz and Hyatt service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Front Office experience in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest relations, and hotel procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
