1. Experience and knowledge: It is preferable to have previous experience in the field of scaffolding and working in construction environments. You must be aware of the latest security developments and practices in this field.
2. Planning and organizing: You must be able to plan and organize scaffolding activities effectively. This includes identifying needs and scheduling work, coordinating required resources, and dealing with schedules and deadlines.
