VIE _ Ingénieur en surveillance des réservoirs (H/F)_Qatar

Basé à Doha, au sein de l’équipe Géosciences & Réservoir , le poste contribue à la gestion et au développement continu d’un site pétrolier mature offshore . Le site compte environ 50 puits actifs , avec un programme soutenu d’interventions et de forage.
Le VIE est prévu pour 12 mois , renouvelable 12 mois supplémentaires sur accord mutuel.
1. Activités de surveillance du réservoir
En collaboration avec l’ingénieur responsable de la surveillance du réservoir – puis avec une autonomie croissante – vous aurez pour missions :
Analyse et suivi des données
- Revue régulière des données de production :
- Analyses quotidiennes, hebdomadaires, mensuelles et trimestrielles
- Suivi des déclins, mesures de pression statique, back-allocation
- Mise à jour et maintien des bases de données réservoir
Performance et prévisions
- Suivi du potentiel de production puits par puits
- Élaboration de prévisions de production à court terme
Contribution au développement du champ
- Participation à l’identification d’opportunités d’optimisation de la production :
- Ajustement du contrôle des puits
- Réglages des pompes
- Optimisation zonale des complétions
- Analyse et ajustement des schémas d’injection
- Production de supports de communication facilitant la prise de décision
- Collaboration fréquente avec :
- Équipe Production
- Équipe Performance des Puits
- Équipe Forage
- Contribution essentielle à la compréhension dynamique du site
2. Développement et amélioration de tableaux de bord Power BI
Outils numériques
- Amélioration et adaptation des tableaux de bord Power BI dédiés à la surveillance du réservoir
- Intégration des besoins spécifiques au champ pour assurer :
- Une lecture claire du comportement réservoir
- Une mise à jour automatique des indicateurs clés
- Une utilisation quotidienne par l’ensemble de l’équipe
Transfert de compétences
- À terme, responsabilité de former l’équipe et de transférer l’ensemble du savoir-faire lié aux tableaux de bord
- Objectif : Garantir leur maintenance et utilisation active sur le long terme
Profil du candidat
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master en ingénierie pétrolière ou équivalent
Connaissances Techniques :
- Idéalement 1 e expérience en ingénierie des réservoirs / ingénierie pétrolière
- Connaissances de base en ingénierie des réservoirs
- Connaissances de base de la performance des puits
- Connaissances de base de l’industrie du pétrole et du gaz
- Conception avancée de tableaux de bord sous Power BI
- Français : niveau B2
- Anglais : niveau C1
