Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

• Assist skilled personnel with maintenance, repair, warehouse, and operational activities.
  
• Load, unload, move, and arrange materials, equipment, and supplies.
  
• Support material handling and warehouse operations as directed.
  
• Perform manual lifting, carrying, stacking, and transportation of materials.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas, warehouses, and workshops.
  
• Assist with equipment setup, dismantling, and general site preparation.
  
• Support loading and unloading of vehicles and material handling equipment.
  
• Operate basic hand tools safely and correctly.
  
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  
• Comply with all company, client, and HSE policies and procedures.
  
• Wear and maintain appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or damaged equipment to the supervisor immediately.
  
• Assist in emergency response and other operational support activities as required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a general labourer in industrial, warehouse, construction, maintenance, or logistics environments.
  
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and lifting tasks.
  
• Experience assisting skilled trades such as mechanics, technicians, electricians, welders, or warehouse personnel.
  
• Basic knowledge of safe material handling and workplace safety practices.
  
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  
• Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments.
  
• Basic communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
