Leads document control processes, correspondence tracking, document review workflows, Assai system updates, and project filing control. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project document control activities and documentmanagement workflows.
- Manage document registers, correspondence logs, and reviewtracking.
- Ensure proper filing, numbering, distribution, and traceabilityof project documents.
- Coordinate document review cycles with discipline engineers andEPC contractors.
- Monitor document submission status and ensure timely responses.
- Support project reporting and document control complianceaudits.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in document management preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas /petrochemical projects.
- Strong experience with Assai or similar document managementsoftware.
- Excellent knowledge of document control procedures, engineeringdocument workflows, and contractor coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office.
