Work Location: 100% Offshore

Rotation: 28 Days ON / 28 Days OFF

Schedule: 7 Days/Week

Working Hours: 12 Hours/Day

We are currently seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead (ICSS) to join a major offshore LNG restoration project in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS), offshore commissioning, hook-up activities, and LNG/Oil & Gas projects .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee offshore Hook-Up & Commissioning (HUC) activities for ICSS systems.
• Provide technical guidance to EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors during commissioning and start-up phases.
• Review and approve contractor procedures, commissioning documentation, redlines, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company’s standards, project specifications, and industry codes.
• Support completion management, walkdowns, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), and asset handover activities.
• Analyze technical proposals, deviations, and commissioning strategies while ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Witness testing activities, verify progress reporting, and support quality audits throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in commissioning activities.
• Strong experience with Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS) on large EPC projects.
• Proven knowledge of hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, systems completion, and start-up support.
• Expertise in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, GA Drawings, and Commissioning Procedures.
• Experience in LNG projects, offshore facilities, topsides, power generation, compressors, and control systems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
