IT Support Executive
Job Description
Leading Beverages Company in Qatar hiring IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (3-5 years experience)
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and desktop support.
- Experience with HHT devices and mobile applications.
- Good understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, IP telephony, and CCTV.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Maintain Windows servers, backups, and data centre infrastructure.
- Support handheld terminals (HHT) and related business applications.
- Troubleshoot printers, network connectivity, internet, Wi-Fi, and IP telephones.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Must have valid QID and ready for sponsor transfer
