Purpose:
- To communicate with foreman to carry out the job in a systematic and professional method.
- To communicate with the people inside the organization and advantage to communicate with people in the region during work.
External Communication

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
Responsibilities
- To carry out grit blasting, sand blasting and painting works.
- To operate jet washing and steam washing equipment.
- To operate Man lift equipment and certificate.
- Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
- Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards.
- Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace.
Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Primary school education
- Experience certificate or vocation training
Professional Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in operating grit blasting machines and painting.
- Shipyard and marine experience will be preferred.
Geographic Experience:
- Records of good company work experience.
Computer Skills:
- Not required
Language Skills:
- Arabic / Hindi / English language knowledge will be an added advantage.
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
- Experience certificate from heavy engineering organizations.
