Required Fit-out Engineer

Summary: The Fit-out Engineer (Civil) is a critical role responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and civil construction activities on-site across diverse projects in Qatar. This position ensures seamless execution of fit-out works by coordinating with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, while maintaining strict adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in commercial, office, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, precision, and timely delivery. Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day fit‑out and civil works at project sites
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings and project specifications
• Monitor project timelines and track site progress to meet deadlines
• Supervise interior finishing works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards
• Support material planning, procurement coordination, and site logistics
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation as required
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with construction standards
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in fit‑out or civil construction projects
• Proven knowledge of interior fit‑out execution and site supervision
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, construction drawings, and project coordination tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven project environment
• GCC or Qatar experience is an added advantage
• Qatar Driving License is preferred
