Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support compliance reviews across key business functions. The role focuses on analyzing end-to-end processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct functional reviews across Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Payroll, Commercial, and Cost Control
• Investigate compliance issues, irregularities, and violations
• Communicate findings and ensure implementation of corrective actions
• Maintain tracking tools to ensure complete audit trails
• Recommend process improvements based on compliance reviews
• Ensure proper documentation and record management
• Monitor compliance performance through monthly scorecards
• Support compliance training initiatives
• Review policies and recommend improvements to address compliance gaps
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in compliance, risk, or audit
• Strong knowledge across:
  • Supply Chain, Procurement, and Vendor Management
  • Finance, Accounting, and Cost Control processes
  • HR & Payroll compliance
• Experience with SAP (ERP systems) is mandatory
• Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• GCC experience is an advantage

Education

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
