Responsibilities: Manage daily correspondence and phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare and organize documents and reports
Support office staff and management with administrative tasks
Maintain filing systems and office supplies Key Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification preferred
2+ years experience in administrative support
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
