Agentic AI Architect
Full-time
Madre Integrated Engineering
- Design and build multi-agent architectures using AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph for complex enterprise automation
- Implement tool-calling, function-calling workflows, and RAG systems integrated with agentic reasoning
- Orchestrate workflows across APIs, internal systems, and data sources
- Ensure reliability, observability, and safety of agentic systems in production environments
- Lead technical strategy, define best practices, and mentor junior team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related discipline
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with 2+ years specifically building agentic systems
• Proficient in Python; expert in agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Strong software engineering background with experience in workflow orchestration and API integration
• Familiarity with vector databases, memory management, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage
• Proven track record of deploying production AI systems; portfolio/architecture diagrams required
