Require a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform detailed quantity take-offs.
• Manage tendering activities, evaluate bids, and assist with contract negotiations.
• Monitor project expenditure and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Prepare valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Review and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular cost reports and commercial updates to management.
• Identify commercial risks and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience in handling project variations, claims, and final account settlements.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software is an advantage.
