Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Entertainment Sports Club Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily club operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will play a key role in maintaining our club's reputation for excellence while ensuring smooth operations across all departments and facilities.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the entertainment and sports club, ensuring all facilities and services meet established standards
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with club members, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing solutions to enhance member satisfaction
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of club events, activities, and programs to drive member engagement and retention
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, inventory management, and compliance with club policies and procedures
- Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards, coordinating with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly
- Support marketing initiatives and membership drives to attract new members and promote club programs
- Assist in budget management and cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for service improvement and operational enhancement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in club management, hospitality operations, or similar customer-focused organizational environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and commitment to member satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling operational challenges
- Knowledge of sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry operations is preferred
- Experience with event coordination and program management
- Proficiency in administrative software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with financial management and budget monitoring is advantageous
