Civil & Marine Proposals Engineer — Tender & Cost Estimation

A regional consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Proposal / Estimation Engineer to support tendering and cost estimation activities for civil and marine projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in proposal preparation and estimation. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with engineering teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are required for this role.
