Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 SOC Analyst to join our SOC Monitoring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced security monitoring, threat hunting, incident investigation, and optimizing SIEM and EDR solutions to detect and respond to cyber threats. The role also involves mentoring L1 analysts and improving SOC detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze complex security alerts and incidents.
Perform proactive threat hunting using logs and endpoint activity.
Manage, optimize, and fine-tune SIEM and EDR platforms.
Conduct root cause analysis and support incident response activities.
Develop detection rules and improve monitoring capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to L1 analysts.
Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams to resolve security incidents.
Prepare incident reports and technical documentation.
Required Skills
5+ years of SOC experience (L2/L3).
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.).
Experience with EDR solutions (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.).
Strong knowledge of threat hunting, log analysis, and incident investigation.
Good understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, cybersecurity frameworks, and security monitoring.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant security certifications such as SC-200, CySA+, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
