Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager with strong automotive dealership experience to manage the dealership’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Keyloop/DMS and dealership finance processes .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the dealership.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, receivables, and payables.
- Oversee financial transactions related to vehicle sales, parts, service, warranty, and other dealership operations .
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of Keyloop/DMS transactions with accounting records.
- Monitor internal financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Analyse dealership profitability and provide financial insights to management.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise the finance team and ensure timely completion of financial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field .
- ACCA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of finance/accounting experience .
- Automotive dealership experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Keyloop/DMS and dealership accounting processes .
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Experience handling finance operations across Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Service, and Warranty will be an advantage.
