Responsibilities

Customize and configure WebEOC applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies.
Collaborate with solution architects to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer code reviews.
Support client engagements, document technical requirements, and provide training as needed.
Perform testing, debugging, and quality control with minimal supervision.
Ensure solutions meet security and accessibility standards, including Section 508 requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.
WebEOC experience is required.
At least five years of professional web development experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
At least two years of experience in a client-facing role.
Experience writing test cases and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred qualifications include Microsoft SQL Server or relational database experience, secure remote environment experience, emergency management or public-sector IT knowledge, Jira and Confluence familiarity, automated testing experience, CI/CD and source control knowledge, GitLab experience, and WebEOC Administrator certification or willingness to obtain it within 12 months.

Estimated base salary range is $100,000-$160,000.
