Software Developers are a fundamental part of the Patient Prism team.
Each developer is deeply involved in building the core product and
infrastructure, working collaboratively to scope, plan, and implement
upcoming features.

Patient Prism is a comprehensive, end-to-end lead management and insights
platform that unifies phone calls, text messages, forms, bookings, and
other interactions into a single system. Our AI stack enables us to make
informed predictions about the details and outcomes of these interactions
and provide real-time insights into sales, marketing, and operations.

## Qualifications

- Cross-functional ability to switch between front-end, back-end,
and dev-ops contexts. Every developer will touch every aspect of
the codebase and infrastructure.
- Fluent in PHP with professional experience.
- Extensive Laravel experience is a requirement.
- Excitement to follow Laravel best practices.
- Familiarity with ES Next JavaScript (Vue.js, Node, Vite).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS utility classes preferred.
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Redis, GraphQL is a plus.
- Background in NLP, transcription engines, and neural networks
is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, permissions,
and ACL principles.
- Comfort working with Unix command line tools.
- Strong knowledge of Git/version control, including branching,
merging, and code reviews.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (daily stand-ups,
ceremonies).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
