Educational Qualification

Minimum 3 + years for Graduate B.Tech Cosmetic/ B.Pharm/ BSc.Cosmetic/Bsc Chemistry and Minimum 1+ years for Masters M.Tech / M Pharmacy/ PG Msc in Cosmetics/Pharmacy/ Chemistry or respective field should understand basics of Personal care / Cosmetic /Rx/OTC with QC/QA parameters for cosmetics personal care products or Drugs . PhD is not needed for this role.

Required Skills

Excellent in computer handling specially MS-Office basic
Excellent understanding of basics cross functions of RandD NPD- QC/QA for Personal care / Cosmetic/ Pharma to perform lQC-QA work

Jobs and Responsibilities

Bring a strong foundation of Quality Control / Quality assurance operations for Personal Care, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related sciences .
Operate as a reliable individual contributor while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive all QC/QA activities with speed and clarity.
Conduct evaluation and testing of new and reformulated products at Plant location In some cases, ensuring all QA/QC records are accurately maintained as per defined specifications.
Perform product sampling, prepare FG samples, and coordinate testing with approved external laboratories/agencies in cases needed to initiate testing from plant locations.
Demonstrate solid understanding of testing methods, specifications, and documentation for cosmetic raw materials and finished goods—across creams, shampoos, serums, oils, face wash, hair care, body care, baby care, and other categories—aligned with BIS, IP, BP, IHS, IPQC, ICH, FDA, and ISO standards.
Support fast decision-making for batch approval, failure investigation, RCA–CAPA execution, internal testing, and consumer query resolution.
Manage and prepare all key QC/ QA documents including COA AQL, MSDS, TDS/Non-DG, Composition Sheets, and other regulatory documents required for product registrations across India and international markets.
Stay updated and compliant with cosmetic regulatory frameworks including DandC Act, CIDESCO, FSSAI, FDA, BIS/AYUSH, GMP, and other relevant guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party/contract manufacturers for QC/QA documentation, audits, and issue resolution.
Partner with the RandD NPD, consumer support and QC teams to analyse product complaints, evaluate failed batches, review warehouse samples, and ensure robust documentation for control batches.
