About Parkview Pet Center

Established in 2011, Parkview Pet Center is one of Qatar’s most established veterinary hospitals, offering a comprehensive range of services including:

Preventive care Advanced diagnostics General and soft tissue surgery Dentistry, dermatology, and internal medicine Emergency and inpatient care Our facility spans four floors, all fully air-conditioned, and includes:

A fully equipped veterinary hospital with ultrasound, digital X-ray, laparoscopy, multiparameter monitors, and an in-house lab A dedicated pet boarding center A high-demand grooming salon A well-stocked pet retail store We are currently undergoing a hospital expansion onto the second floor, which will include a new surgical theatre, treatment area, and expanded hospitalisation and quarantine wards.

Our Team

You’ll be working with a strong, experienced clinical team including Dr Luis, Dr Alessandro, and Dr Julieta, along with eight skilled veterinary nurses and a support staff of over 30 professionals across admin, reception, boarding, retail, and grooming.

About the Role

We’re looking for a clinically confident, compassionate, and proactive Head Nurse to make a real impact — an RVN with proven leadership experience and a genuine passion for team development , ready to inspire, support, and empower our nursing team while helping drive the practice forward as we continue to grow.

In this hands-on role , you’ll work closely with our motivated nurses to deliver outstanding patient care and maintain high clinical standards. Alongside overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll stay actively involved in supporting surgical and inpatient workflows while mentoring and guiding those around you.

We’re a forward-thinking practice that values ideas, initiative, and nurse-led development. Whether it’s expanding clinics, building new services, or championing CPD, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership and lead meaningful change.

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll help shape protocols, refine how we work, and foster a supportive, collaborative team culture. Your leadership won’t just influence patient outcomes — it will help define the future of our nursing team.

Experience with practice management systems and digital workflows is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
