As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to lead andoptimise the sales team to achieve revenue targets, driving overallcompany success through strategic direction and effective leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’sDegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Requiresa minimum of 5 years of sales experience

Previous experience in a leadership or teammanagement role.
Strong understanding of the classifiedsindustry and online marketplace dynamics.
In-depthunderstanding of business, financials, products/services, the market,and the needs of assigned accounts.
Strong knowledge of thelocal market
