What You’ll Do

Lead and support the veterinary nursing team , ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality patient care.
Maintain and implement clinical nursing protocols and SOPs , aligned with best practice standards.
Oversee day‑to‑day nursing operations , including inpatient care, theatre workflow, and treatment schedules.
Remain hands‑on clinically , supporting surgical, diagnostic, and inpatient nursing activities.
Mentor and develop nurses through structured guidance, feedback, and CPD planning .
Contribute to service development , including refinement of workflows and expansion of nurse‑led services.
Support use of digital practice management systems and clinical record keeping.
Collaborate with veterinary surgeons and support teams to ensure smooth case flow and patient safety.
