Presales Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a Presales / Principal Consultant to lead the design and positioning of integrated transformation solutions across AI, cybersecurity, digital skilling, and cloud/infrastructure modernization for enterprise and government clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining consulting, solution architecture, and deal shaping to drive large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. The role requires translating complex business challenges into end-to-end solutions spanning technology, people, and processes.

Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Engagement:

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with senior stakeholder
• Advise on transformation strategies across AI, cyber, skilling, and infrastructure
• Act as a trusted advisor linking business goals to technology and workforce readiness

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Design end-to-end solutions across AI, cybersecurity, digital skilling, and cloud migration
• Define delivery models, operating frameworks, and measurable outcomes
• Develop solution blueprints and transformation roadmaps

Presales Leadership & Deal Shaping:

• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses
• Shape complex deals and define solution strategy
• Deliver executive presentations and solution storytelling

Sales Enablement & Market Positioning:

• Support sales teams in opportunity qualification and strategy
• Provide market insights and competitive analysis
• Position differentiated offerings across AI, cyber, skilling, and cloud

Thought Leadership & Offering Development:

• Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators
• Contribute to new solution offerings and methodologies
• Support internal capability building and presales excellence

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree required; Master preferred in a relevant field
• 8–12 years in presales, consulting, or solution architecture
• Experience in at least two of the following areas:
  * AI / Copilot or emerging technologies
  * Cybersecurity solutions or cyber training platforms
  * Digital skilling and workforce transformation
  * Cloud infrastructure, modernization, and migration
• Proven track record in RFP responses and large deal shaping
• Strong consultative selling and solution design mindset
• Ability to integrate technology, skilling, and business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level
• Analytical thinking and structured problem solving
• Experience in enterprise or government environment
• Certifications in Microsoft, Azure Security, AI, or Cloud preferred
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic is essential, both written and spoken
