Cyber Security Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager with strong experience in consulting, GRC advisory, and business development to lead client‑facing cyber engagements and drive revenue growth across the region. This role requires proven experience in delivering cybersecurity programs, building client relationships, winning projects, and managing high‑performing consulting teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience in consulting, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to oversee both delivery and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales – Lead business development efforts across existing and new accounts, driving revenue and achieving annual sales and utilisation targets. Respond to RFPs/RFIs, create proposals, develop commercials, and support solutioning for large cybersecurity programs. Manage full deal cycles from early opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing. Pursue mid to large‑scale engagements.
• Build strategic relationships – Build strategic relationships with key decision makers across public sector, financial services, energy, aviation, and enterprise clients. Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across GRC, cloud, SOC, OT security, and transformation programs.
• Client Engagement & Delivery – Act as the primary client point of contact, ensuring delivery excellence and strong client satisfaction. Lead and oversee delivery of cybersecurity consulting engagements, particularly in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), ISO27001/27701, NISTCSF, SAMACSF, NCA‑ECC/OTCC, NESA, PDPL. Conduct cyber maturity assessments, security governance frameworks reviews, deliverables reviews, lead workshops, run steering committees, and ensure projects meet scope and quality standards. Translate complex technical concepts into business language for executive stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in a management or consulting leadership role.
• Proven success in business development, sales pursuits, and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong background in GRC, cyber advisory, and security governance.
• Experience preparing proposals, SOWs, commercial models, and delivering presentations to C‑level clients.
• Prior consulting experience at a Big4 or top‑tier consulting firm is preferred.
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 LI/LA (preferred).
