We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation for construction and engineering activities in Mesaieed.

Position: Document Controller

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documents including drawings, reports, and technical submissions
• Ensure proper document control procedures are followed throughout project execution
• Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to relevant departments
• Maintain organized records and ensure easy retrieval of documents when required
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements:

• Pre-University or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control within construction projects
• Professional Document Control Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good organisational and communication skills
