Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates via job portals, networks, and social media
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Manage job postings and support employer branding initiatives
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle and maintain candidate communication
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to align hiring strategies
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and internal HR systems

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to assess candidates effectively
• Understanding of engineering roles and disciplines
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within engineering firms (mandatory)
• GCC experience
• Valid QID
