Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have experience in Civil works.

• Willing to join immediately

• Develop detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, ensuring accurate forecasting of materials, labor, and overhead expenses.

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary data and insights for precise estimation.

• Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals, highlighting the value proposition and justifying cost estimates to stakeholders.

• Utilize specialized software tools for cost estimation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in the estimation process.

• Conduct market research to determine current prices for materials and labor, adjusting estimates to reflect regional variations.

• Monitor ongoing project costs against estimates, providing regular updates to management and recommending corrective actions as needed.

• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

• Participate in project meetings to provide insights on budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adjustments.

• Maintain detailed records of estimates and revisions for future reference and continuous improvement of estimation practices.
