Location: Qatar

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant real estate sales experience in Qatar

Position Purpose

Responsible for generating property sales, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through property portals, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  
• Identify and develop relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and corporate clients.
  
• Promote residential and commercial properties and conduct property viewings.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  
• Handle negotiations, prepare offers, and manage the sales process through closing.
  
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
  
• Coordinate with leasing, property management, finance, and administration teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  
• Monitor Qatar real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in Qatar.
  
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
