Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Qatar
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant real estate sales experience in Qatar
Position Purpose
Responsible for generating property sales, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through property portals, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and develop relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Promote residential and commercial properties and conduct property viewings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Handle negotiations, prepare offers, and manage the sales process through closing.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with leasing, property management, finance, and administration teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Monitor Qatar real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
