BLJ Worldwide in Doha is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities, and administrative processes in a bilingual environment. You will manage vendor registrations and provide administrative support for supplier, client and proposal submissions.
Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, HR support, meetings and travel coordination, asset tracking, expenses/invoices, events, and regular operational reporting.
