Library Coordinator
PPL Dynamics
Duration of contract :-30 Month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day library operations and visitor services.
- Support collection development and library resource management.
- Coordinate library programs and educational initiatives.
- Provide research assistance to visitors and staff.
- Supervise circulation activities and library assistants.
- Prepare reports using library management systems.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and partner libraries.
- Ensure compliance with library policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Library Science (Mandatory).
- Librarian Certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of library experience (museum/public library experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of library systems, cataloguing standards, and information databases.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
