Sales Coordinator (Hard Goods Division)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator - Hard Goods (Welding Equipment) to support and coordinate sales activities related to welding consumables, welding machines, cutting equipment, industrial tools, and associated hard goods. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and experience dealing with clients in the MEP, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial Projects sectors .

The role requires close coordination with customers, suppliers, the sales team, and operations to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and project support while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales proposals for welding equipment and industrial hard goods.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of inquiries and orders.
• Support the sales team in identifying opportunities within MEP, Oil & Gas, manufacturing, and construction projects.
• Manage customer requirements, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while assisting in developing new business opportunities.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and technical support.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer databases, sales records, and reports.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, monthly reports, and performance analyses.
• Support project registrations, vendor approvals, and tender submissions when required.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as necessary.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in sales coordination, technical sales support, or business development.
• Experience in manufacturing and trading companies dealing with welding equipment, industrial tools, or related hard goods.
• Proven exposure to MEP, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Construction Projects .
