Position: Sales Executive
Role Overview
We are aggressively expanding our Oil & Gas material trading business and are looking for a
highly driven Sales Executive who can take ownership of customers, generate inquiries, and
convert opportunities into revenue. This is a front-end sales role with direct responsibility
for RFQ generation, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively approach and develop assigned Oil & Gas customers.
• Generate continuous RFQs and business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Drive RFQs internally by coordinating with sourcing for competitive pricing and lead times.
• Prepare and submit fast, accurate, and compliant quotations.
• Aggressively follow up on quotations and close orders.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to maximize order conversion.
• Take full ownership from inquiry → quotation → order
• Work closely with purchase & logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track sales pipeline, conversion ratio, and lost business.
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Oil & Gas material trading / industrial trading.
• Strong exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (MRO) items.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce or Engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple RFQs and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong hunting mentality, follow-up discipline, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
