Automotive Sales Executive (Tunisian/Algerian Female)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Automotive Sales & Content Specialist who is fully responsible for identifying profitable vehicle opportunities, creating high-impact social media content, and directly converting online engagement into real vehicle sales.

This is a performance-driven sales role where success is measured by actual revenue generated, not just content output.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-potential vehicles by identifying strong buying opportunities in the market with clear resale and profit potential.
• Coordinate with the photographer/videographer and present vehicles on camera in a persuasive and sales-oriented way to attract buyers.
• Promote vehicle content across social media by actively engaging in target customer communities, groups, and discussions to drive real buyer traffic and sales conversions.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries, negotiate with potential buyers, and close deals to achieve direct vehicle sales.

Qualifications

• Female Tunisian/ Algerian nationality is required.
• Strong passion for cars and deep interest in the automotive market.
• Proven experience in sales is required (automotive sales preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Comfortable and confident being exposed on all social media platforms (on-camera presence is mandatory).
• Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented personality with the ability to handle pressure and targets.
• Professional attitude and strong personal character are essential.
• English language is not required.
• University degree is not required.
• Tunisian/Algerian nationality
