Job Description
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to create promotional materials and packages.
- Manage social media accounts, engaging with guests and responding to inquiries.
- Analyze marketing data and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and partnerships to increase hotel visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
